Answers to some common questions about our tours.
Bike Tour
Reservation
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. If you want to book a tour in October, you can book it from April. Exception is a booking for next year, which is suspended until we finish reviewing the tour contents including price, service and duration in the end of year. It usually starts from the end of December.
Basically, the minimum booking number is 2 for any tours but sometimes we can accommodate it. Please let us know which date and which tour you want to join via e-mail or the contact form. Please understand that tour fee differs from the standard rate like below.
- Maze E-Bike Tour: 34,000 JPY
- Maze E-Bike Tour – Half: 21,000 JPY
We do not offer bike rental service that is just a self-guided tour since we want you to truly understand local culture of rural Japan.
Basically, we do not shorten the tour. But we can offer a customized tour with additional fee so please let us know before booking a tour.

Yes. We gladly offer vegetarian or gluten-free meals for lunch. Please notify us when you book a tour.
Bike & Limit
- Model: Panasonic, Hurryer
- Proper height: 150-185cm (replacing a saddle, it can be available from 145cm)
- Minimum saddle height: 75.5cm
- Wheel size: 26 inches
- Gear: 7 speeds
- Attachment: Bottle holder
We do not have any age limit but height limit (145-185cm). Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any problem, concern and discomfort that a person who is out of the height limits has on a bike ride.
No. For safety reason, we do not attach a child seat.

We send you an email by 6:00pm on the day before tour date but sometimes finalization is required to be made in the morning (mostly by 7:30am) to follow the latest weather forecast.
We will reschedule the tour if we have availability before or after and also if you can join then. If not, we will give you a full refund.
Note About Photography
During each tour, our tour guide will take photos on his/her phone and send you later. If you have your own camera, please feel free to ask him/her. Please be informed that photos taken by our guides may be published on our website or SNS accounts for marketing and promotion. If you do not want, please kindly tell us.
Sake Tour
Nothing particularly except interests and questions about sake!
Yes but he/she is not allowed to drink sake since the minimum drinking age is 20 in Japan.
Walking Tour

Yes, of course. We can coordinate some walking tours not advertised for people who cannot or do not like to cycle to the village. Please directly contact us by email or the form.
