[TA] Booking Form for Maze E-Bike Tour

Note

  • Please carefully read Important Information and Terms and Conditions before booking. When you send us a booking request, we are entitled to assume that you have read and agree to them.
  • Reservations can be made from 3 days up to 180 days in advance. Exception is a booking for next year, which is suspended until we finish reviewing the tour contents including price, service and duration in the end of year. It usually starts from the middle of January.
  • We issue an invoice after the tour date and bank transfer is the only way of payment for a booking by travel agents.
  • Even though the booking calendar on the tour detail page reflects the latest status, please understand that we may not be available on the requested date.
Time
You must check precise heights of all participants before sending a booking request. Please do not write something like TBC. The height requirement for bike tour is 145cm-185cm. A booking that does not meet the requirement may be possibly rejected for safety reason.
Have you confirmed with all participants that the e-bike used on tour is no problem?

Terms of use

  • The booking form is just for requesting us to check the availability, which is not regarded as a booking confirmation until we confirm it and reply.
  • When you do not receive any emails from us about your booking request within 48 hours, please contact us directly. (By any chance, our email goes into a spam folder.)
  • Please note that we reject your booking request if we find any lack of information (e.g., name & height of all participants) in your form.
